Healthy Delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Meal Breakfast Cookies.

How can baking cookies ever be quick? You usually must get a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough for ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That's just how I roll. But then I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they don't taste just like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is they involve just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anybody can blend two ingredients.

Though in case you want to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me if you eat them), but I have to mention yet another awesome thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the remainder inside one hour.

They're fantastic for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a quick snack in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the standard cookie supposes. Simply oats and peanuts.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- because I still think these are the only really healthy cookies that have yet been made by humanity*.

Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which consequently can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.

These nutrients contain manganese, good for bone production and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy production to allow you to feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they contain an adequate quantity of good carbohydrates but for being the big players at the potassium video game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a tough day before you.

Because you can see, I am a big fan.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies -- for when you are stuck in rubble 3.5cubic meters large

What is your favorite on the go food?

Perhaps you have been stuck somewhere in nature and thought"damn I'm in trouble" ? If so, where? Simply mix peas and peas and then bake them for 15 minutes. Best for when you need a power boost on the move. Enjoy!

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really well)

Optional: Vegan Cookie Recipes - - Recipes, desserts and tips

2 tsp cinnamon

1 small handful raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much whatever you enjoy!

If you don't have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To make the cookie shape just webpage grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking dish like I did at the photograph above. It is super fast and effortless.

Away it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.

EQUIPMENT: you only need a strong baking tray and a few parchment paper, cool also.
